Raynor Lander is an experienced psychologist with seventeen years of clinical experience working with
adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has had her own successful practice for the past twelve
years.
She has worked in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of psychological condition including:
depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder; chronic pain; debriefing following industrial
accidents.
She has worked in a multi-disciplinary pain clinic for the past eight years assisting people to cope with
persistent pain. She has also worked with individuals dealing with chronic medical conditions such as
diabetes and epilepsy.
Over the past years she has worked with couples and families to resolve conflict and enrich family
relationships.
Raynor provides crises, short and medium term counseling to assist individuals to acquire the skills
needed to solve their problems. She has experience in using a range of therapies including cognitive
behavioral therapy (CBT) clinical hypnosis; solution focused therapy & Emotionally Focused therapies.
She is trained and experienced in EMDR for treating trauma and pain.

Anne has consulted to an impressive range of clients across a broad spectrum of business sectors. She is a Registered Psychologist who specialises in executive coaching, psychometric assessment and team development.
From a psychology base Anne moved into the business arena where she gained extensive experience in HR management and implementation from both a company and consulting perspective. She has worked in a range of industries across both public and private sectors in Australia, Singapore and London. She developed specific expertise is helping organizations manage their HR practices and processes through times of rapid change and uncertainty. This required extensive mentoring and coaching of executives, managers and human resource practitioners.
Her coaching skills have been developed through practical application as a psychologist, HR practitioner, trainer, manager and educator and through formal training at the UK Coaching Academy.
She also has a sound knowledge of psychometric testing and assessment with both individuals and groups. She has trained other psychologists in the administration and interpretation of a wide range of psychometric assessments for the educational, HR and clinical markets.
