HYPNO SLIM - LOSE WEIGHT AND NEVER DIET AGAIN
People spend millions of dollars on diets which don’t work! Prepared meals; no carbs; no fat; combining food!!! The result is feeling tired, listless and bored. In the end we give up and revert to our previous eating habits. We crave chocolate, ice cream and carbs, all the foods we have been ‘forbidden’.
The truth is that losing weight is not about ‘food’ but motivation and controlling the emotions which cause us to comfort eat in the first place. The hypno- slim approach is individually tailored to your needs. It enables you to cease dieting and to steadily lose weight without having to constantly ‘obsess’ over the ‘right foods’. The method involves three - four appointments with a psychologist who will teach you how to hypnotize yourself at home. During these sessions an individual CD is made for you to use at home. The CD is used nightly for three weeks. It can then be used every second or third night depending upon the rate of weight loss desired.
During his time your attitude to food changes and you begin (without thinking about it) limiting portion sizes, changing eating habits; eating the foods you enjoy and losing weight. Painlessly lose an average of 3 kilos every six weeks while living a normal, healthy lifestyle. |

Relationships problems can be painful and confusing. What do you do when what you are doing is not working?
Good Relationships play an essential role in our mental and emotional health. Strong healthy relationships provide us with support networks; positive experiences and fulfill our basic human needs. On the other hand, negative relationships have a profound impact upon our physical and emotional wellbeing. They can disrupt sleep patterns, limit social interaction, reduce self esteem and lead to feelings of guilt or shame. We may develop anxiety or depression.
Conflict is an integral part of normal healthy relationships. Mostly these conflicts can be resolved and relationships deepen. However when there are issues that are not resolved they escalate into anger, resentment and eventually a lack of hope.
Common areas of conflict include:
- Frequent arguments; lack of trust; infidelity
- Unfulfilled emotional needs anger, hurt, distress and unrest
- Conflict about financial matters
- Conflict about teenagers or toddlers
- Conflicting careers
- Changes in life stages: birth of a child, children leaving home, spousal
- retirement

It aims to assist individuals and couples to deal with their emotions and to think and behave more adaptively. People learn to make better choices and have their needs for love and emotional closeness fulfilled. Learn to make better choices and to find happiness and contentment.
